This bundle features all the essentials for preparing and serving udon at home, including a pack of premium dried noodles, handmade using 60 years of traditional technique, a batch of all natural and easy-to-use dashi sachets to prepare a rich and flavorful soup broth. At the heart of this gift set are two handcrafted ceramic bowls and chopstick rests custom designed by the Los Angeles-based ceramic artist Shoshi Watanabe, whose work can be found in acclaimed restaurants and hotels including, Lulu at the Hammer Museum and The Line Hotel.

For an additional cost ($10), each bundle can be gift wrapped in reusable furoshiki, a traditional Japanese wrapping cloth featuring a hand painted design. 

• Kin-Tobi Kinuakari Udon noodle - Kinu, meaning silk and Akari meaning brightness in Japanese speaks to the optimal noodle texture unique to the special wheat sourced from the Aichi Prefecture. 
• Hayashi-Kyuemon-Shoten Dashi - Sourced exclusively by the JACCC from Japan, this dashi features 100% all natural ingredients made from dried bonito flakes from Kagoshima, dried sardines from Nagasaki, kelp from Hokkaido, and shiitake mushrooms with no artificial seasonings, preservatives, added flavor, or salt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
