Japaice - Organic Yuzu Peel Powder

Organically grown yuzu citrus peel is the only ingredient of this exquisitely aromatic yuzu powder. Shimane Organic Farm carefully crafts the powder to maximize the uplifting aroma and taste of their yuzu. After pressing the freshly harvested yuzu for its juice, the remaining peel is frozen, sliced, and then air-dried at a low temperature. After that, it undergoes two grinding processes. The final product is a coarse, flake-like powder, exhibiting the many beautiful qualities of organic yuzu harvested in Japan. Also, no preservatives or artificial flavorings are used to make this powder. It’s a versatile seasoning that can instantly add a refreshing kick to any dish, whichever kind you cook, be it sweet or savory. You can also sprinkle it over drinks.
