Uchibori Daiginjo Rice Vinegar

Its clear and elegant acidity compliments the flavor of your favorite foods while bringing pleasant brightness to the palate.
To best enjoy the elegant flavor of the rice vinegar, we recommend using it without heating and is excellent as part of salads or for tsukemono alike.
It can be used both for Japanese and Western cuisines. Uchibori's method of polishing the rice with high polishing rate in the same way Daiginjo Junmai sake is made eliminates any off flavors or unpleasant scents from the vinegar and gives it a fine and clear taste.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, due to health and safety regulations, all food item purchases are final and non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
