Care Instructions
To maintain your cast iron pan, remember to season it before the first use to create a non-stick surface. For cleaning, hand wash with mild soap, hot water, and a stiff brush, avoiding harsh detergents and steel wool. Thoroughly dry the pan after washing to prevent rust. After each use, re-season it by lightly coating the interior with oil and heating it. Store the pan in a dry place, and use it regularly to preserve the seasoning.
