Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of the wooden handle on your Jiu pan, proper care is essential. Always hand wash the pan with mild dish soap and dry the wooden handle thoroughly before storing. Avoid soaking the handle and occasionally season it with food-grade mineral oil or beeswax to prevent drying and cracking. Store the pan in a dry place and regularly inspect the handle for any signs of wear or damage. By following these guidelines, you'll preserve the wooden handle's appearance and functionality over time. Hand wash only.
Return/Exchange
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, due to health and safety regulations, all food item purchases are final and non-returnable.
