The vessels have a variety of expressions, just like the various shapes created by nature and the individual personalities of each of us.
Shigaraki-yaki (信楽焼) is a type of stoneware made in the Shigaraki Town area of Shiga Prefecture in Japan, and is known as one of the “Rokkoyo” – the six oldest kilns in Japan. Characterized by its thick, fire-resistant clay that expresses the natural feel and beauty of clay. Item you receive may be different than the unit pictured. Hand wash only.
