Care Instructions

Always wash by hand with warm, soapy water immediately after use. Avoid soaking them for extended periods, as this can lead to staining and damage. After washing, make sure to thoroughly dry the knife with a clean towel before storing it. Avoid air-drying, as this can lead to water spots and potential corrosion. Periodically, sharpen your knife to restore its sharpness. You can use a sharpening stone or a professional knife sharpener. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for the sharpening method. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods, as it can cause staining and corrosion. If the knife comes into contact with acidic ingredients, be sure to wash and dry it promptly. Hand wash only.
