100 minä perhonen organic "tsutsumu"

minä perhonen's organic “tsutsumu" series was created to commemorate MUSUBI’s 60th anniversary. The six sides of the hexagon represent the 60 years.

Chou musubi

This series of “Chou musubi" (butterfly wrapping) is a collaborative project between minä perhonen and MUSUBI. In the designers words, "We wish to give the idea of the beautiful butterfly's wings as they pass over fence and garden and any fly to a new world."

The original textile of a fashion brand and also product design.
minä is Finnish and can be translated as the pronoun "I" in English.
The word "perhonen" means butterfly in Finnish, or ChouChou in Japanese.
